• You confirm that you have the right to submit the name, text, logo and screenshots you send, and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
• You confirm the information is accurate, and that the product is made in Malaysia.
• If you suggest someone else’s app, send only facts about it and a link. Don’t upload their logo or screenshots.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant MakaKami a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display the listing’s name, text, logo and screenshots on makakami.com.my, and in MakaKami’s social media posts that promote the listing. The licence ends when the listing is removed, except for posts already published.

Every listing is reviewed by hand before it goes live. Moderators may edit a listing for accuracy and clarity, ask for evidence that it is Malaysian, decline it, or remove it later if it no longer follows the Rules. Makers can ask for factual corrections or for their listing to be removed.

Listings link to the makers’ own websites and store pages. MakaKami doesn’t sell, host or support the apps it lists, and isn’t responsible for them. Makers may use the “Listed on MakaKami” badge on their own sites while their listing is live.

There is one labelled ad slot. Paying for it never affects whether a listing is approved, or where it appears in search or categories.
